1. Read them carefully. Pause after each question and try to write your own answer, with your own words. Then revise it to look neat and professional.

2. Ask your friends for feedback, suggestions. They know you the best.

3. Google ‘personality tests’ and learn more about your strenghts.

4. Google ‘action verbs‘ and use them when describing your activities, responsabilities.

5. Whenever mentioning a quality, put it in a context: time, place, actions, people. It will gain credibility and give a good impression.

6. Read ‘job descriptions’ similar to the job you wish to apply for. They are usually made by professionist recruiters. Analyse the keywords and use them in your own presentation.

7. Take time to revise your initial assessment. New and original inputs will come out in between. Your brain is super smart and constantly searches for the best ways to help you.

8. Repeat to yourself: I can do it. I will succeed. (Yes, of course You can. You are the best.)

9. Double your mistakes. Go to as many interviews as possible. As a learning technique.  Immediately after, analyse your answers. Keep the best ones and transform the others in tools of success.

10. Y o u choose your Employer and not vice-versa. It is Your Time, Your Knowledge, Your Life.

Hit high, with confidence and determination. Accept only that position that fits your inner values and your criteria.
